  • The Cosyne Registration Desk, located at the Mezzanine Level, 2nd Floor, will operate during the following hours:

    Thursday, 27-Mar: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
    Friday, 28-Mar: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
    Saturday, 29-Mar: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
    Sunday, 30-Mar: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

    Please check-in upon arrival in order to receive your name badge.

  • YOUR NAME BADGE IS YOUR TICKET TO ENTER THE CONFERENCE AND POSTER SESSIONS AND MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. If you are registered for both the main meeting and the workshops, please take your name badge from the main meeting to Mont-Tremblant with you. You will be issued ONE name badge for the conference.

  • All Main Meeting registrants are invited to the welcome reception on the Convention Level (3rd Floor), Thursday, 27 March from 4:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Attendees must check-in to the conference before being admitted to the reception.

  • The COSYNE 2025 meeting program will be accessible using the mobile app Whova.

    Set up is easy:

    1. Download and install the Whova app from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).

    2. If you are a registered attendee, sign up on the app or web portal using the email address you used to register.

    You’re all done!

    If you would like to download the PDF booklet only to your phone, please use one of the QR codes available at the registration desk.

    If you would like a hard copy of the abstracts, please visit www.cosyne.org to print out the PDF version of the program book, which includes text of the abstracts.

  • Safety and health remain a priority at COSYNE 2025. Information on the COVID-19 guidelines at COSYNE 2025, and measures implemented in Quebec can be found on our dedicated COVID-19 Safety page.

  • There is a coat room on the Mezzanine Level (2nd floor). Attendees can check coats, luggage, posters, etc. here for free during conference hours ONLY. At the end of each day, all left items will be given to the hotel’s security.

  • Registered attendees receive one drink ticket with their name badge. Tickets can be redeemed at the welcome reception or poster session bar on Thursday, 27 March.

  • All COSYNE 2025 attendees will have free access to standard high-speed WiFi at the Fairmont QE.

  • Cosyne, Inc. is not responsible for items lost during the conference; however, items found can be turned in to the conference registration desk for the remainder of the day. All items will be turned over to hotel security at the end of each day. It is the responsibility of the attendee to follow up with security to retrieve lost items.

 
  • Poster sessions will be held in Square Dorchester & Av. Viger/Duluth/VanHorne on the Convention Level (3rd Floor).

    Hours are:

    Thursday, 27-Mar: 8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
    Friday, 28-Mar: 1:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.
    Saturday, 29-Mar: 1:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.

    If you are presenting a poster, please note the set-up and tear down times:

    Thursday, 27-Mar: 6 p.m. - 10 a.m. Friday
    Friday, 28-Mar: 10:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. Saturday
    Saturday, 29-Mar: 10:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. Sunday

    If you do not remove your poster by the deadline time, we cannot guarantee the return of your materials.

  • If you need to print your poster in Montreal, below are two recommended print shops. Please contact them directly.

  • Exhibits will be open during conference hours in Parc Mont-Royal ABC on the Convention Level (3rd Floor).

  • Luggage storage will be available in Square Victoria on the Convention Level (3rd Floor) on Sunday, 30 March, for attendees transferring to Mont-Tremblant for the workshops. Main Meeting Only attendees, please store your luggage at the hotel’s bell desk or keep it with you. The luggage room will be secured.

  • A one-way bus transfer will be provided to those who have registered for the Main Meeting and Workshops. The buses will begin loading at 4 p.m. from the Rue Mansfield entrance (restaurant entrance) of the Fairmont QE Montreal and will depart when full.

  • Certificates of Attendance will be available to registered attendees after the conference.
