  • The Cosyne Workshops Registration Desk, located in the Mali Foyer (Level C2) of the Fairmont Tremblant Convention Centre, will operate during the following hours:

    Monday, 31-Mar: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. | 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.
    Tuesday, 1-Apr: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. | 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.

    Workshop Only registrants: please check in upon arrival to receive your name badge.

  • The COSYNE 2025 Workshop program will be accessible using the mobile app Whova.

    Set up is easy:

    1. Download and install the Whova app from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).

    2. If you're a registered attendee, sign up on the app or web portal using the email address you used to register.

    You’re all done!

    If you would like to download the PDF booklet only to your phone, please use one of the QR codes available at the registration desk.

    If you would like a hard copy of the abstracts, please visit www.cosyne.org to print out the PDF version of the program book, which includes text of the abstracts.

  • Complimentary WiFi is available to all guests of the Fairmont Tremblant with an Accor Live Limitless Membership (Free to register here). This does NOT include meeting rooms.

  • There will be a coat room on Level C2 (Main Level) of the Convention Centre. Attendees can check coats, luggage, etc. here for free during workshop hours ONLY. At the end of each day, all left items will be given to the hotel’s security.

  • Safety and health remain a priority at COSYNE 2025. Information on the COVID-19 guidelines at COSYNE 2025, and measures implemented in Quebec can be found on our dedicated COVID-19 Safety page.

  • Cosyne, Inc. is not responsible for items lost during the conference; however, items found can be turned in to the conference registration desk for the remainder of the day. All items will be turned over to hotel security at the end of each day. It is the responsibility of the attendee to follow up with security to retrieve lost items.

  • All workshop attendees are invited to a closing dinner on Tuesday, 1 April from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in Mali I-IV at the Fairmont Tremblant.

  • Certificates of Attendance will be available to registered attendees after the conference.

  • A COSYNE special event sponsored by Mila.

  • COSYNE has partnered with a local coach company to offer additional transportation options from the Fairmont Tremblant to Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) after the workshops. These shuttles are complimentary for registered COSYNE attendees (guests may ride if space permits). Reservations are required by 24 March 2025, 12 p.m. EDT.
