Registration for COSYNE 2025 will open 11 November 2024

*All fees are in USD.

• Early rate ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on 28 February 2025 (fees will increase by $100 after this date).

• Regular rate ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on 26 March 2025 (fees will increase by another $100 after this date).

Media Registration – members of the media may register at the Academic rate.

WARNING: Opting out of COSYNE, INC. communications means you will NOT receive a confirmation email and future emails containing important conference information. To ensure you receive these communications, do not check the opt-out box on any emails or forms from COSYNE.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

Main Meeting

• Access to all oral and poster sessions

• Opening reception on Thursday night

• Continental breakfast on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

• Beverage breaks throughout the day

• One-way transfer from the main conference to the workshops in Mont-Tremblant on Sunday

Workshops

• Access to all workshop sessions

• Beverage breaks throughout the day

• Breakfast buffet on Monday & Tuesday

• Closing dinner on Tuesday night

PAYMENT METHODS

Registration fees can be paid by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or bank transfer. Please keep in mind that if you pay by bank transfer, your registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made by 11:59 p.m. EST, 12 March 2025, will be refunded the conference fee less $35. COSYNE, Inc. is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of registration cancellation. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the 12 March 2025 deadline. Registration fees can be transferred to another person.
