The Workshops will be held at Hotel Cascais Miragem in Cascais, Portugal, which is located in front of the Atlantic Ocean overlooking Estoril and Cascais Bay. Hotel Cascais Miragem Health & Spa is just 30 minutes from Lisbon’s international airport.

HOW TO GET THERE

BY AIR

AIRPORT TRANSFER

  • Subway: Take the red line from LIS airport to Almeda. Change in Almeda for the green line to Cais Do Sodre. Walk out of the subway station and get to the train station. Get the train to Monte Estoril. The hotel is a 450m walk from the train station.

  • Rideshares: UBER.

  • Pre-booked ride: Welcome Pickup.

  • Taxis: Several Companies are available: Taxis Almada | Cascais Taxis.

  • Train: Please visit the COB - Comboios de Portugal website, Hotel Cascais Miragem is within walking distance of the Monte Estoril Station (Cascais Line).

LISBON CONGRESS CENTRE TO HOTEL CASCAIS MIRAGEM

Cosyne will provide a free one-way transfer for registered attendees at the conclusion of the main meeting. Buses will begin leaving at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, 3 March 2024. The last bus will leave at 7:00 pm - no exceptions.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Cosyne has reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel Cascais Miragem which attendees may book at discounted group rates until 1 February 2024.

  • €195,00 for single occupancy room

  • €215,00 for double occupancy room

Rates are inclusive of breakfast buffet, VAT taxes and service charges. A city tax of 1€ per person, per night will be added.

For faster check-in, please add the following information in the Special Requests/Additional Comments field of the hotel’s online reservation form.

  • Date of birth;

  • Passport number;

  • Date of Expiry;

  • Nationality

The list is to help people to find roommates for both the main conference and workshops. It will not be shared with any third parties.
