CODE OF CONDUCT

COSYNE is committed to providing a safe and productive meeting environment that encourages open dialogue and the exchange of scientific ideas, promotes equal opportunities and treatment for all participants, and is free of harassment and discrimination. View the Cosyne Code of Conduct.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Cosyne encourages the use of social media before, during, and after the conference, so long as it falls within the following rules:

  • Do not capture or share details of any unpublished data presented at the meeting.

  • If you are unsure whether data is unpublished, check with the presenter before sharing the information.

  • Respect presenters’ wishes if they indicate the information presented is not to be shared.

IMAGE RIGHTS

By registering for this conference attendees agree that photographs or sound or video recordings taken during the conference that could include recognizable images or voices of those in attendance may be posted on the conference website. All recordings are treated sensitively and discreetly. Attendees also agree that COSYNE 2024 will be recorded and streamed online via a virtual platform where all the related content to COSYNE 2024 (panel sessions in video, posters, accepted abstracts among others) will be accessible to all attendees during, and after, the time of the event.
