The Workshops will be held at the Fairmont Tremblant, which overlooks Lac Tremblant at the base of Tremblant Mountain and is nestled within Pedestrian Village. Fairmont Tremblant is approximately 130 KM (70 miles) from Montreal, QC.

Cosyne will provide a free one-way transfer for registered attendees at the conclusion of the main meeting. Buses will begin leaving at 5:00 pm on Sunday, 30 March 2025. The last bus will leave at 7:00 pm - no exceptions.
Transportation to Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL):
COSYNE is organizing return airport transportation for workshop attendees. More information to come.

Booking or cancellation of a hotel room is a transaction between the registrant and the event hotel without any liability of Cosyne. Rooms are subject to availability. For room cancellation conditions please refer to the hotel’s booking confirmation.
Room shares
The Cosyne room share mailing list (cosyne-roomshare) is a moderated google group (mailing list). The list is to help people to find roommates for both the main conference and workshops.
