Travel grant application
A limited number of travel grants will be available to support participation in the main Cosyne meeting.
- Students or postdocs who are presenting abstracts at the main meeting are eligible for grants.
- The main consideration will be financial need, as demonstrated by factors including travel from another continent or attendance of several students or postdocs from a single laboratory.
- Preference will be given to those whose abstracts have been selected for an oral presentation.
- All other factors being equal, grant requests submitted earlier will be given priority.
- Only those applicants who have registered for the meeting will be considered for financial aid.
To apply for a conference grant, send an email including:
- Subject line: "Cosyne08 travel grant application"
- a brief explanation of any factors that demonstrate your particular financial need.
- if you belong to a laboratory that is already sponsoring several participants, please list them in your application.
Decisions about financial support will be announced shortly after the program is finalized.
