Fees for early online registration are as follows:

Early online registration ends February 5, 2009. After that, all online registration fees will increase by $100.
Online registration ends February 20, 2009. After that, registration will only be available on-site, at the main meeting. All fees will increase by $200 (relative to early online registration). Receipts will be mailed to onsite registrants following the conference.

Cancellation policy: Refunds (minus a $100 processing fee) may be requested until February 1, 2009. No refunds will be issued after this date.

What is included in my registration fee?
Main conference
- Access to all oral and poster sessions
- Opening reception on Thursday night
- Continental breakfast on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Beverage breaks throughout the day
- Shuttle ride from the main conference to the workshops at Snowbird
Workshops
- Access to all workshop sessions
- Hot breakfast buffet on Monday & Tuesday
- Beverage breaks throughout the day
- Closing dinner buffet on Tuesday night
Discounted ski lift tickets for Snowbird are $56/day for chairlifts only and $65 for tram and chairlifts. Tickets can be picked up at the Cosyne registration desk.
Volunteers
A limited number of positions are available for student volunteers.
- Volunteers will work at and receive free registration for either the workshops or the main meeting.
- Positions will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Fellowships
Thanks to the generosity of our partners Neuron and The Swartz Foundation, 25 Fellowships will be available to support students and postdocs presenting (poster or oral) at the main meeting.
- Grant applicants must register and submit an abstract to be eligible.
