Cosyne 2013 Registration

Registrations submitted after 9:00am EST on 26 February 2013 may not be processed due to event planner travel time. We recommend registering onsite if you plan to submit registration past this date and time.
Credit cards will not be accepted for conference payment onsite. All participants must provide cash or check.
Fees for early online registration are as follows:

Early online registration ends at 11:59pm EST on January 31, 2013. After that, all online registration fees will increase by $100.
Online registration ends at 11:59pm EST on February 25, 2013. After that, registration will only be available on-site, at the main meeting. All fees will increase by $200 (relative to early online registration). Receipts will be mailed to onsite registrants following the conference.

Cancellation policy: Refunds (minus a $100 processing fee for full refunds and a $50 processing fee for partial refunds) may be requested until February 1, 2013. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Letters of Invitation In order to provide you with a conference letter of invitation, you must be registered and paid in full OR have submitted an abstract. If you have submitted an abstract, please include that number in your request to Denise Soudan.
What is included in my registration fee?
Main conference
- Access to all oral and poster sessions
- Opening reception on Thursday night
- Continental breakfast on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Beverage breaks throughout the day
- Shuttle ride from the main conference to the workshops at Snowbird
- Access to all workshop sessions
- Hot breakfast buffet on Monday & Tuesday
- Beverage breaks throughout the day
- Closing dinner buffet on Tuesday night
Discounted ski lift tickets for Snowbird are available at the conference. These tickets can be picked up at the Cosyne registration desk.
A limited number of positions are available for student volunteers.
- Volunteers will work at and receive free registration for either the workshops or the main meeting.
- Positions will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Travel grants are available to help defray the costs of attending the conference. Each awardee will receive at least $500 to help offset the costs of travel, registration, and accommodations. Larger grants may be available to those traveling from outside North America. Special consideration is given to:
- authors of submitted Cosyne abstracts
- scientists who have not previously attended the meeting
- underrepresented minorities
- students who are attending the meeting together with a mentor
